Wasted an hour of my time creating me a profile to cash my check here just to decline the check and not give me a reason why.
I had a very bad experience trying to cash a Region's issued check from Alfa insurance. Anne did everything possible to deny cashing the check. Thankfully, she reluctantly called the local Alfa agency to verify the validity of the check and the manager when ahead and completed the transaction. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident and not their normal protocol.
Anne was super helpful and very informative after I was redirected by the lady in the drive thru who was very short and tempered.
Very helpful and informative. Answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable and understood everything.
