I am very satisfied with the service I received during my recent visit to the Brentwood branch of Regions Bank. Zach was extremely helpful and successfully resolved the issue I was having accessing my account. I greatly appreciate his excellent customer service.
I had an unexpected financial task come up at the last minute on a Saturday an hour before banks close. I was instantly relieved to see Alyssa was at The Brentwood location when I walked in. She’s professional, friendly and very informative. Alyssa goes out of her way to make sure customers are take care of. She very very helpful and efficient, which is reassuring when dealing with any financial institute. When I have any questions or concerns, I know exactly where to go.
