This is the best Regions around! I have been with Regions for 4 years and I have not been disappointed yet. They really do care about their customers. Emily Anne is the sweetest banker ever. I highly recommend this regions for all your banking needs.
The regions on Zelda was very nice and professional. I was immediately greeted when I entered the building and within a few minutes I was asked if I needed assistance and guided to appropriate person to assist my needs. The teller was kind and pleasant to speak with and she made to ask me if need anything else before I conclude my business. I would recommend that branch to bank with or visit.
The Branch Manager (Ivey Mitchell) is by far the rudest, nasty attitude having branch Manager I have ever encountered! This use to be my favorite but not anymore.... I'm a Customer for over 20 years and I will not be returning to this location!! Horrible Branch Manager
