This week I went to the grants ferry regions bank. I met with the branch manager Samantha and she went out of her way to take care of my needs. I can tell that Samantha takes the time and does whatever it takes to ensure her customers are well taken care of. She’s spent a lot of time with me helping me with an issue I had with transferring money from my BOA account to Regions. She resolved my issue and I would recommend this bank to my friends and anyone else that needs a good banker
Loved, loved, loved the entire experience! My banker was super nice. He was funny, and high energy all while being compassionate and making sure I was taken care of although I arrived 5 minutes before closing- entire team had the family/type atmosphere.. THANK YOU- definitely made my day!
Regions has been charging an ATM fee that was never disclosed. I had complained previously about the fees and they removed them, this time they will not refund. This is not the fee related to using the atm and being charged for that service. This is an additional penalty from regions for using an atm they do not own/manage. They have charged me hundreds of dollars over the past year and will not refund them. I do not think this is fair, they never disclosed this to me when I opened this account.
