Great service
This is by far the WORST bank experience I’ve ever had. I came in with an urgent issue involving my rent money, and they flat out LIED saying they couldn’t help because “the system was down.” When I explained how serious it was, they didn’t care one bit. Instead of offering solutions, they were more focused on leaving early. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Regions Bank, all due to an employee named Lucy Ali. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of offering help, she seemed impatient and uninterested in resolving my concerns. Banking is built on trust and respect, but I received neither during my visit. If this is the level of service Regions Bank considers acceptable, it’s no surprise customers take their business elsewhere. I certainly will.
It’s absolutely frustrating how I’ve been trying to withdraw money from Western Union through the Regions bank. I’ve never heard how a bank doesn’t have enough money for me to take out is absurd and I’m not even asking for that much money. On top of that I’m not even able to take it out because apparently the internet has been down for weeks and they don’t even know when it’s going to be fixed. It sucks that this problem is not a priority for them to fix right away as it affects people’s everyday lives.
