Fees This is the second time that even though my records were correct, they got me with overdraft fees, that I didn't owe!! I kept records, and didn't go over what I had in my account. The tellers are super nice Mabye a little to nice. They all smile and greet you kinda stepford wife like. Extreamly helpful though. Some of the nicest folks in a bank I have ever seen.
Great Bank I have been using Regions Bank for about 25 years. They have always given me great service. I have personal accounts there as well as my business account. They have given me several loans and just financed my van with them. Kathy Duncan was very helpful. The people at Taylor Road Branch are always friendly.

Very friendly place to bank. I have had several different transactions to do at this bank and the associates are very friendly and willing to help you and whatever you need. I have, also, used the drive-through and have been helped in a timely manner.
Overall Great Bank We have done business with Region's now for about seven years and have been extremely satisfied with the service, rates, etc. the bank has to offer. Our only complaint is that they are not open (inside) on Saturdays.
Love it! My mother works here and all the ladies are very friendly and nice. If you ever need anything they will do it for you. Also the bank is nice on the inside and has a drive through.
Amazing Service in banking and community. These ladies work in a small office in a small town. But they are very very nice. They help Sewanee Elementary by giving Honor Roll students a coke and chips if they come by the bank. It is also located in a great spot. Ms. Charlene the bank manager is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met.
