Regions Bank promised a $350 bonus for trying out merchant services, but after 7 months, I still haven't seen the funds deposited. Despite my requests to stop merchant services, I was charged for multiple months after my requested stop. Mandeep, the merchant services liaison, continually assures me every week that the bonus will be deposited in a few days and I’ll receive refunds for the incorrect charges. Had a wonderful experience, Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The Bankers Chris, Tonya, Emir, Emid ( I'm sure I misspelled their names) were very helpful. Love this Bank....I now have friends in the Banking business.

Working to help a friend, who had Alzheimer’s, locate her account and determine if there was fraud on it. Spoke with the branch manager who was rude and when I tried to explain the situation with their client, he snapped and told me I didn’t need to tell him a second time. That she needed proof of who she is with a drivers license or state identification. Again she has Alzheimer’s and is in a local facility. He was not helpful at all.
