Every visit has been pleasant and all my banking needs have been met.
I recently visited the university city branch on Delmar and when I met the manager, I received the best advice on credit card and account handling for the best results. There things I heard for the first time which I haven’t heard from any other bank before and I wouldn’t wait any longer to join. Regions Bank promised a $350 bonus for trying out merchant services, but after 7 months, I still haven't seen the funds deposited. Despite my requests to stop merchant services, I was charged for multiple months after my requested stop. Mandeep, the merchant services liaison, continually assures me every week that the bonus will be deposited in a few days and I’ll receive refunds for the incorrect charges. Had a wonderful experience, Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The Bankers Chris, Tonya, Emir, Emid ( I'm sure I misspelled their names) were very helpful. Love this Bank....I now have friends in the Banking business.
