Jay De La Pena was excellent to work with. Very professional but the outstanding part was he was personable . We have always loved the kindness and positive attitude of Regions staff.
As a 25 year customer of Regions I can honestly say that this was the worst branch experience that I have ever encountered. I think it may be time to make a change.
Diamond is absolutely amazing she was the best thing to tell her that I have literally ever been encountered with she helped me in so many different ways and I just wanted to say she is absolutely beautiful person inside and out and I just think you're so very much for her kindness and her generosity she is a great asset to your company I recommend her to anyone also Brandon is awesome too he helped me open my account I recommend both of them as well as regions Bank who I am now a new customer of
To anyone looking to bank here...I do think you would be better off banking elsewhere until Regions learns to train there staff to a higher level in customer care & takes a closer look at their fees to remain competitive.
There are much better places to bank, With much better quality of service than you get from the latest members of staff in this branch. As I found out now I'm with a different bank.
