They are legit scam artists i opened an account about a month and half ago at that time i said i need a business bank account they said thats fine we just need documents i said i can provide those i deposited 50k from checks for a contracting job they did not protect my funds as they where business funds and the day i went in with my llc the next day money was gone over 7k garnished Do not use this bank
On 3/19, I just left for work and had to run to this bank to make a small deposit. It was around 4:53pm and the atm was down, so I go to the lobby. There were two tellers and whom I assume is their manager. One was counting money and the other one was on her phone(Rita). I was the only customer there. The lady counting the cash said, "Go to her." I walked up to Rita who told me " Go to her" and I went back to cash counting lady, "No, go to her" and back to Rita, "Go to her". Terrible service I was in the bank. They told me my problem was solved to wait till after midnight try again oh no wasn’t solved now they can’t help me on the phone. This account will be closed.
Exceptional.....those guys and gals truly care about the customer and our financial health
