Kayla, the new teller, is really not welcoming to guests such as myself, unfortunately. I’ve been coming here for years and have NOTHING but wonderful things to say about Rita, Bob Heintz, Joel (who got a promotion and moved out), that one girl who always calls me about a credit card, etc. They’ve all been wonderful, positive, helpful. But today, Kayla was short, tense, and generally left me feeling quite uncomfortable to complete a very simple task with her. Very unfortunate!

They are legit scam artists i opened an account about a month and half ago at that time i said i need a business bank account they said thats fine we just need documents i said i can provide those i deposited 50k from checks for a contracting job they did not protect my funds as they where business funds and the day i went in with my llc the next day money was gone over 7k garnished Do not use this bank
On 3/19, I just left for work and had to run to this bank to make a small deposit. It was around 4:53pm and the atm was down, so I go to the lobby. There were two tellers and whom I assume is their manager. One was counting money and the other one was on her phone(Rita). I was the only customer there. The lady counting the cash said, "Go to her." I walked up to Rita who told me " Go to her" and I went back to cash counting lady, "No, go to her" and back to Rita, "Go to her".
