A bank that practices ageism is a bank I will not deal with and this bank regularly practices ageism!!! Even to the point of no Ada accommodations for their clients… look at the “handicap” door signs… and if you see their maintenance people they will be parked in the handicap parking area (no placards). !!!!!

I had One of the best experiences I’ve had at a bank and the sole Reason was Nathan Molder. I had just come from citizens bank Down the road where a girl, probably more than half my age Decided I didn’t know what a Bank is so she just HAD make sure I understood where I was… if it weren’t for her? 5 stars are for the very nice people working in the drive-thru - THAT'S ALL. Service inside deserves 1 star most of the time, and 2 or 3 at the most. Drive-thru needs to be open the hours posted as open. That's not always the case. My mortgage is with Regions so I have to use them for now. My advice: hire more people to work inside and STOP pressuring customers to switch to Regions for all their banking!!!
