This is by far the best Regions Bank in Naples. The entire team is professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Ernesto handled a stolen vendor check for us and made the process seamless. Dayana and Juan consistently go above and beyond every time we visit the branch. They always have cookies for my Max! Thank you for your exceptional service!
Very shady bank , their bankers consistently access deceased people’s accounts and provide private banking information to other customers. Jill de Angelo consistently accessed my accounts as well as my deceased brothers accounts and reported her findings. I have proof of this in court depositions. Hector went silent when this issue was brought up and regions bank will block and hide all reviews regarding this privacy breach.
