Very shady bank , their bankers consistently access deceased people’s accounts and provide private banking information to other customers. Jill de Angelo consistently accessed my accounts as well as my deceased brothers accounts and reported her findings. I have proof of this in court depositions. Hector went silent when this issue was brought up and regions bank will block and hide all reviews regarding this privacy breach. My banking with Regions has been great, but when it comes to the team at the Vanderbilt location, they are the absolute best! Their customer service is amazing and Tracy the Branch Manager is just fantastic. Her knowledge with everything Regions is incredible! We have a couple different accounts and any time I have a question, they answer it quickly and ensure I have a complete understanding.
