Recently, I visited this location about a week or two ago. I was having a very difficult day, but Donnie, the relationship banker, promptly assisted me and made my day much better. Thank you, Donnie. I wish you well.
Have been with Regions for over 15 years now but will be switching to another bank. When I can’t access my own money that is in my checking account without being in person at the bank is ridiculous. Let’s use some common sense. Really disappointing
Walding Donnie is very rude, ignorant and arrogant. This business Have got to do better.:(
You might want to go to some other location. The environment is depressing and unwelcoming. This happened multiple times. I’m going to close my account with regions because of this. There are lots of better banks around.
