Very professional, helpful and friendly.
Regions' process, systems, and reps have made banking with them a headache at every turn. From making me come into a branch to release multiple holds on my own funds that never should have been there (per Donnie at the front desk), to denying a fraud claim despite admitting that it was clearly fraud on the grounds that I waited "too long to find it", to a representative lying to me over the phone, I've never been so frustrated, nor felt so stupid for entrusting an institution with my funds.
