I went to open an account today and they told me I had to come back. They took care of the white people in front of me but told me I had to come back to open an account. I don't know if its because im black but thats the way I felt. They were rude and racist. It was 2 white men.
Love this bank! Always fast and friendly service! They even go above the norm! The other day I left my debit card in the drive-through and went onto work. Caleb was amazing, he called me at work to let me know that he had my card so that I wouldn't worry! What bank does this! Thank you Regions for your 15 yrs of awesome service!
The absolute worse bank ever! I hate them! Don't use thuis bank!
Very rude and condescending for my visit for making a deposit. They need to train their front staff better.
Nicest employees ever. I try to do everything online but when I do go inside or drive through, the employees are the nicest ever. They will work to help you for anything.
