Very friendly and very informative.
I recently visited this branch to resolve an ongoing issue that I was having with the automated customer service. The branch manager, Rene Honaker, delivered the most amazing customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. She was truly concerned for my issue and went out of her way to resolve the matter. And although I am not a current member of the bank, she still provided the utmost care to my issue. Thanks again to the regions staff for helping me out.
I was there at the University Ave. branch in JC, Tenn on October 16, 2025. I received very cheerful and prompt service from the young lady. She was dressed professionally also. I have never had a bad experience with that branch, or any other branch of Regions as well.
