I was there at the University Ave. branch in JC, Tenn on October 16, 2025. I received very cheerful and prompt service from the young lady. She was dressed professionally also. I have never had a bad experience with that branch, or any other branch of Regions as well.
I recently went into regions Bank to open a checking account. And Freddy Sams The agent at the bank. was able to help me. Freddy was so attentive and patient during my banking transfer. which took a long time but he reassured me everything would be okay. And it was I can't praise enough the service I've received from this bank is wonderful. I'm looking forward to a very nice baking experience over time. If I could give Freddy more than five stars Rating I would. Thank You
