My mother has an account with Regions and deals with this branch frequently but on Monday April 8th she tried to have a check cashed for me through the drive through window but the lady the teller that was working told my mother that “they didn’t do that anymore.” We drove down to the branch on Shillinger Rd. and went in and the young lady cashed the check with no issues. Apparently the teller in the window didn’t want to be bothered with cashing the check.

I wanted an above ground pool for my granddaughter. Rachel was very helpful in figuring out how best to finance this project without increasing my payments at all. I'm happy, my granddaughter is happy, my bank account is happy. Being retired and on a fixed income each month it is very nice to have local people, like Rachel, that understand and bend over backwards to help their customers with any and all my financial needs.
I had a very positive experience today when I arrived for a scheduled visit to open a new account with this branch in Semmes. Rachel, a courteous, friendly and most helpful young lady assisted me. We took care of business and it was completed in a total of 45 minutes with me having to leave and go to another bank to get a cashiers check and return to invest the money! I will request her assistance in the future.
