I always get great service. Very friendly people who seem to genuinely care about their customers.
Recently out of concern that someone may have had unauthorized access to my banking account particularly my banking transactions, I visited the Elmwood Branch in order to speak to a specialist about my concerns and to see what I could do to prevent this from happening again. I loooooove this location! I almost always try to go inside for my stuff, because I miss it. I like interacting with people, it’s so much easier than trying to figure it out on my own. Every single person I have interacted with here has been kind, patient, and always genuine with me. Shoutout to Standreka for being amazing and helping me open a new account too, thank you girl!!
Danisha, working the teller line, has zero concept of customer service. Thankfully Geoff stepped in and assisted me today. My arm is in a sling due to a recent shoulder surgery and she refused to assist me in getting my ID out of my wallet. One of the other customers stepped up to help me as she refused to assist me. Told Geoff I hope he can teach her some customer service skills today while she’s here! Ridiculous!
