This bank has horrible customer service, i’ve been calling for a week in regards to my account that THEY have on hold and NO ONE ANSWERS. I’ve reached out to different branches and they call and this branch STILL doesn’t answer. I would go in person but can’t because i am stationed in another state.. every branch i go to where i’m at they tell me they can’t do anything because this particular branch has my account on hold.
