I have been a member of Regions Bank since 1997, and they have never disappointed me. I Bank at this specific location, and I had to go this week because I received an alert about a transaction which was not mine. I was assisted by relationship banker Cindy Sanchez, and she was absolutely kind, helpful and professional. She even walked with me to the ATM to show me how to make a deposit from there.
