I had already spent the afternoon at the DMV only to be told they needed a copy of my bank statement to renew my license. I bank paperless so I quickly tried to get to the bank before closing to see if they could help. Not only did Eric Bourque help, he opened the door with a huge warm smile, for me, the asshole that showed up at 4 o’clock on the nose! Thanks Eric! You really made my day and were exceptionally great at going above and beyond!
