Brand new customer and they know that I'm on social security. I've had promises broken by people inside the bank already... I'd like to add that I just had the pleasure of speaking to a very nice person who understood my situation but, I see things that I don't think I've ever dealt with at any bank before. And they're slooow I will update, accordingly. 🤔

They are only going to get my social security but never an extra deposit. You can literally give them cash, check, money order or my refund from the MISSOURI TREASURY! And they will make you wait at least 24 hours to get any of it! Now they put a hold on my tax refund when I need medication? Until the 28th? I'm going to end up in the hospital again
