Had a slight issue with my account and I received an overdraft fee, called the location and asked to speak with the branch manager to see if we could possibly wave the fee so I could make the account current. I was told the branch manager was busy but would call me back I gave my information with the stated intent that I would make the account current regardless of whether they could wave the fee or not and close the account since I moved and no longer have a regions bank or ATM near me. Excellent service and personalized accounts and goal planning. If you need help or want to open an account, go to the location on Kingshighway in Cape and ask for Ms. Patty, she is the best. She helped me so much.
