Errors, unsatisfactory service & unnecessary delays. Additional training needed for customer-focused service in an accurate & timely manner.
Had a slight issue with my account and I received an overdraft fee, called the location and asked to speak with the branch manager to see if we could possibly wave the fee so I could make the account current. I was told the branch manager was busy but would call me back I gave my information with the stated intent that I would make the account current regardless of whether they could wave the fee or not and close the account since I moved and no longer have a regions bank or ATM near me.
