Great online offerings but terrible in person. It is the rare exception that I actually accomplish inside the bank what I went there to accomplish. Even something as simple as cashing a check was a chore. Because it was made out to cash instead of my name they would not accept it and I was forced to drive across town and have the check rewritten. On another occasion I was in need of a second account.
