Since when are you closed on Saturday? Just went to make a deposit.. sign on the door says “ new hours, closed on Saturday “ Never got any info saying you will be closed on Saturdays from now on.. I don’t work 9-5 hours... I bank on Saturday.. thanks for the complete inconvenience.. I’ll be withdrawing my money first thing Monday..
This branch is fantastic. Night and day difference from the branch in Cape. I called on a Friday at 4:30 and very quickly someone took my call. Not an automated system either. A young employee named Whitney. She was very kind and accommodating. I requested some bank statements I needed printed off. She had them ready and at the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes. That's customer service. Thank you Whitney!
