It is crazy that I cannot even call the Regions Branch on Nameoki Road without going through a 800# and was on hold for more than 30 minutes.
Bad news. Stay away from this bank. Perhaps with the high turnover managerial rate it will improve, but don't go there now.
people fast and friendly
Bank at your own risk Safety is my main concern with the two branches of Regions bank. At both Granite City locations, you must exit your car to get to the ATM machine. While I banked at Regions, this was a huge concern of mine. With a bank of this size, I would think they could find better access. Regions is a great place to bank, if you choose to do inside banking. For an ATM customer, or a drvie through customer, I feel that there are areas that need to ba addressed. I closed my accounts for this very reason.
