On 12/23/25 my client called in having trouble with her card and asked to speak with Freida. Max answered the phone at 450pm and placed us on hold for 12 mins and said I'm the teller please hold. Then got back on the phone and said we are closed you have to call back tomorrow. We are closing. Being all flamboyant thinking it's a game. All she wanted was for you to check her acct. Bad bad Customer service.
