Evan Downey is amazing he went above and beyond for me to get some issues taken care of Everyone at this location is so inviting and accepting.
I believe the people at this Regions location are racist and not used to people who don’t look like them. They are not welcoming upon entry. I noticed that when an older white woman walked in after me, she was greeted properly, but I was not. One day, I walked in to cash a check and the teller told me I did not have an account and tried to charge me to cash it, even though I do have an account. The teller acted like I was lying about it. Opened this account in hearing regions bank is a great bank and would help set me up for success, well that is not what they did. Instead I got over draft after over draft from payments upon my card being locked, guess they were "reoccurring charges" in which they claimed "I authorized them to pull out of my account", in which is never did nor was I made aware of these. Upon looking i had 2 $10 charges come through and received -$100. Hope just told me to pay the charges and close out the account if I dont like it. So that i... read more
