Opened this account in hearing regions bank is a great bank and would help set me up for success, well that is not what they did. Instead I got over draft after over draft from payments upon my card being locked, guess they were "reoccurring charges" in which they claimed "I authorized them to pull out of my account", in which is never did nor was I made aware of these. Upon looking i had 2 $10 charges come through and received -$100. Hope just told me to pay the charges and close out the account if I dont like it. So that i... read more
Ive had nothing but problems when coming to this branch. Problems I dont have anywhere else. They make it so difficult. Well its just one lady. If you've been im sure you know.
