The employees at this location used to be very friendly. As of 2/26, it is changing. The teller, who I never saw before, was on her phone, holding it up in front of her face when I went up to the counter. The man in the office to the right of the entrance was extremely rude when I had a problem. I won't be visiting this location again.
My daughters and I bank here! And we’ve had zero complaints! The workers are all so friendly, especially Chelsea! She always greats us with a smile.
I went to the local Godfrey branch to open a new account, I waited until the last day, like pulling teeth, I put it off. It was not only pain-free but the ladies made me feel like I was home with family. They were so very kind and helpful. I didn't even notice how long we were there opening the new account because they had me so distracted with their kindness. I will never leave this branch as long as these ladies are there! They make it feel like home!
