On Friday May 16, 2025 I visited this branch my experience was horrible. I have been a previous customer of Regions bank since 2022 unfortunately my account was closed in January of 2024. I had arrived to the bank at 3:50pm to Reopen a new account. There were 3 Regions associates in the front of the bank, 2 behind the teller glass and 1 at his desk and were 3 customers ahead of me one being helped at the teller counter, and two ladies in line the lady in front of me exited the line to sit with a banker.
