Lost my debit card, customer service could not have been worse. I am in a situation and needed them to overnight me a new debit card and apparently after "allowing" me to pay the cost of the mailing, they for some reason "declined" my request. Of course, I only found this out after calling them back to make sure everything was in order since I had to have this debit card. The ATM only lets you pull $400 & drive thru won't let you withdraw at all :(
