Awful experience. Regions Bank have been charging me for years for a loan and now when trying to reset user and Password and not been on their system. Customer service in this specific location wasn't helpful at all and sent me back where everything started: online customer service. I wish I have the n money right now to pay off and not have to deal with them anymore.
Needed a statement. The person was great and fast . That's why I bank at Regions Bank
They are good to us but make me feel like an outside cause my names not on account but we are married which is probably good for some people in this unforgiving world.
I've been with this bank for years and the employees that work here are the best.
Only bank in town with safe deposit boxes. I needed many different things opening multiple accounts. Rachael Jacobs was quick thorough and competent. Highly recommend.
