Every time I need to visit the bank the people are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable as to help me with any service I need taken care of with efficiency.

I was given the information that if I were to refer a friend that I would receive a gift of compensation. I referred a friend 6 months ago and he still has the account. I called the branch to see why I have not been compensated. The Regions employee told me that he didn't make it through all of his "HURDLES " on time. HURDLES? This location has a large hole at its rear exit road right at Herbert. It's pretty huge and it has been there for some time. My car tire went into it and it scared the crap out of me. This is really a liability for vehicles bikes and pedestrians. Please get this fixed or at least fill it with sand in the meantime
