Highly incompetent and ill trained. My relative brought six checks one of them was missing the recipients name. Deborah Wesley branch manager or vice president as she calls herself refused to call the account holder to validate the checks out of spite and racism blocking the conduction of business. As long as they have staff such as her, I would avoid this bank.

Customer service is very important to me and when I walk into a financial institution a nice smile and a good morning would be nice to hear. Every time I get service from Rosemary I just don't want to come back here. She needs intensive training on customer relations. Ugh!
