Horrible service at our time of need. After years of banking with regions bank ,we enlisted their help in applying for the paycheck protection loan. We were there the first day and we had every required document for underwriting. In the drive through line we were told we had done everything we needed to do. Days later we were told that we had been approved in underwriting and would have received an email. That was not true. Our loan never made it through regions underwriting,so they are obviously giving preferential treatmen... read more
