My electronic payment thru Regions for my property taxes did not get paid to Bartlett. I was charged for non-payment of property taxes, but Regions would not reimburse me when it was their error. Called multiple times & put in dispute with no response. Terrible customer service.
Very short wait… Everybody from the tellers to the branch o officers were very friendly and helpful
My wife and I tried to get our name changed here and the two ladies who tried to help us were super homophobic and refused to do it. Tried to say my wife needed her new last name on the marriage certificate which how is that even possible? Your last name gets changed after you get married! Also we both are trans so we changed our first names too and they said we needed our old drivers license. Which also doesn’t make sense. We brought all the necessary paperwork and documents. The man Andrew Ward, helped me get through by getting my bank card ready in a minute and done great job took care my informations, way better than the other banks area like on Trinity Rd/Germantown Rd.
