Audriena Bennett is a blessing to me for all my banking needs.
I had to go in to address a matured cd. hard for me to understand short term cd rates are better than a long term one. My concern is terms change and you really have to check often.
My electronic payment thru Regions for my property taxes did not get paid to Bartlett. I was charged for non-payment of property taxes, but Regions would not reimburse me when it was their error. Called multiple times & put in dispute with no response. Terrible customer service.
Very short wait… Everybody from the tellers to the branch o officers were very friendly and helpful
