I don't understand how Regions operates. Maybe they are a bank for the uber elite, and I'm just not wealthy enough to be part of their clientele. Outside of holding an account for me they would not help me with any loans or service I had need of when I banked with them. I mean, when I applied for a line of credit with my new bank it was also denied at first, but they got ahold of me within two days telling me that all they needed was three pay stubs and we were good to go. I’ve been a Regions Bank customer for 17+ years. Always been pleased with service and the friendly staff.
Gone are the days when this bank was about customer service.
Why are you closed so early? Now I have to take off work to go to the bank. I guess I'll be finding another bank.
We have banked at Regions for years. When we first opened our account we were very satisfied with the service it provided and the people were always very nice and friendly. It has gradually become something that I dread to do because of the fact they just want you gone. They don’t greet us or even say nothing but how can I help you with a tone of voice that is not friendly.
