I love my bank! I referred my husband to Regions and he loves it as well. I definitely recommend Regions to anyone looking for a physical bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful
I don't understand how Regions operates. Maybe they are a bank for the uber elite, and I'm just not wealthy enough to be part of their clientele. Outside of holding an account for me they would not help me with any loans or service I had need of when I banked with them. I mean, when I applied for a line of credit with my new bank it was also denied at first, but they got ahold of me within two days telling me that all they needed was three pay stubs and we were good to go.
