Very nice and community bank. Very pleasant experience with Nasir R in setting up my checking account quickly and efficiently. Very polite and courteous. Also helped checked other needs and helped me rent a locker as well. Recommend this bank and the people. My first impressions already very positive. Also, they welcome you warmly when you enter the bank which is really nice! Recommend!
I had a major problem and was treated with respect and patience. The young lady who helped me was great to work with. She made my experience a good one.
If you are looking for a branch that treats you with welcoming, love and compassion, I would suggest this particular branch everyone was phenomenal. The teller was very helpful. Olivia set up my business and personal checking account with a breeze. Also, Beverly was very welcoming and helping and all of the other assistant gentleman that were aboard also helped. I truly appreciate everyone at this branch, and I will choose no other branch for my banking needs.
As a new Non-Profit business with a registration with the Secretary of State of Texas, what we are experiencing with Regions Bank is terrible business practices and as the way we see it they are practicing discrimination, They have frozen our account due not understanding how a master commercial lease works. Our account has been frozen for over a week and no one at the branch can give us no resolve inclusing the branch manager.
