I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The teller had a rude and dismissive attitude and did not take the time to listen to my question. Instead, she immediately assumed I was asking her to do something against bank policy, which was not the case. What made the situation worse was that she made a scene in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. I have always had a great experience with Regions Bank through the years. For the past 35 years I have had accounts with them. I’ve told my friends how great a bank they are. Unfortunately a really bad experience at a business can sever any loyalty once felt. To get to a Regions bank and conduct business in person I have to drive for 50 minutes.
