It is one week before Christmas. I had a trip planned a vacation. I’ve been waiting all year for just open an account With Regions, my direct deposit goes through today in my old account go to their ATM at this location pull out $600 to deposit into the Regions account because it’s my new checking account. The ONLY person at this branch that genuinely seemed to care and provided the exemplary customer service was Valerie K.. She went above and beyond to try to solve my various issues, but in the end, was unable to, only due to the inefficiency, ineptness and "buck passing" of the WORST BANK ON THE PLANET, that she works for.
