I had an excellent experience at this branch. Valerie was extremely helpful with my situation and took swift action to address the issue. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Her kindness makes you feel like you are among family, and her expertise is remarkable.
It is one week before Christmas. I had a trip planned a vacation. I’ve been waiting all year for just open an account With Regions, my direct deposit goes through today in my old account go to their ATM at this location pull out $600 to deposit into the Regions account because it’s my new checking account. Wouldn’t you know some ATM malfunction they removed $606 from my checking account but the ATM gave me no cash the time at this time was 457 I drive around to the front go to walk in the door as they knew I was angry. The ONLY person at this branch that genuinely seemed to care and provided the exemplary customer service was Valerie K.. She went above and beyond to try to solve my various issues, but in the end, was unable to, only due to the inefficiency, ineptness and "buck passing" of the WORST BANK ON THE PLANET, that she works for. Never in my 50+ years of banking have I experienced having to literally get on a jet and fly to Sarasota to "change the physical address" on an account!
