Been with Regions for about 6 years. Actually opened a business account this year and they have been nothing but good to me..
Valerie and Shawn provided exceptional customer service during my recent visit to their branch. I've been dealing with some delicate and complex matters related to my mother's incapacity and they gave me their full attention while thoughtfully guiding me through the necessary financial changes involved in a guardianship situation. I can't say enough good things about Valerie (the branch manager), and her outstanding team. Shawn was fantastic, and Sonia's supportive presence was greatly appreciated as well!

It is one week before Christmas. I had a trip planned a vacation. I’ve been waiting all year for just open an account With Regions, my direct deposit goes through today in my old account go to their ATM at this location pull out $600 to deposit into the Regions account because it’s my new checking account. Wouldn’t you know some ATM malfunction they removed $606 from my checking account but the ATM gave me no cash the time at this time was 457 I drive around to the front go to walk in the door as they knew I was angry.
