Regions uses crap junk mail distribution lists. I received a mail flyer from Regions to my ex-wife at my current address. We have not been married for 33 years and I have moved 2X since. She never lived at my last two addresses. We have had zero contact or financial relationship for 33 years. My current wife of 31 years is pissed! Tried calling to get removed from their mailing list but their customer care line is a black hole.

I have always received FIRST CLASS SERVICE at this branch for many years. They could not be more helpful and accompanying to me. I would never change banks! Keep up the great work. Best, Dick Wilsen

I have been a Regions customer for approximately 35 years or so. Typically, I experience outstanding customer service, both in the bank and drive thru’s along with their online banking. I have homes in several states and regardless, I’ve always had quality service. Until I began Wintering in Sarasota and frequent the Stickney Point branch. Banked here for almost 10 years, but the staff has changed and my last two encounters with one of the tellers was awful. It’s clear she hates her job and comes across annoyed when you ask questions. Considering we have multiple business accounts and personal accounts here, I’m considering changing banks.
