I opened a new MM acct because Regions offered me 4% interest. The woman who helped me at the Beneva branch gave me a copy of the paperwork for my MM acct, which I read the next day, and it showed only 3% interest. I called her, but she was unavailable, so I called the bank's cust. serv. 800# twice and spoke to two different reps, who both confirmed the interest on my new acct was 3%, not 4%.
