The worst staff member, not very helpful, not willing to do their job
The drive through experience has really improved.
Having a banking problem, the woman who served me was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I will continue my banking at this bank. She explained my options, I made the decision and she made it happen. She then followed up with me the next day. There aren’t too many banks that do that at this time. I am very satisfied.
