This bank has truly gone downhill since Christian left for a promotion and Agapi the New bank manager took over, I have had my business account here for seven years now and any time I had a issue or a question I could always count on Christian to help me resolve it, this new manager just shruggs her shoulders and says there is nothing she can do, I watched her tell another customer the same thing this morning, who wants that answer from there personal banker, especially with your business account. I visit this location today. This was a reoccurring event. I also visited this location last week last last week was a phenomenal visit and had me considering opening up an account with this financial Institute, but on today’s visit, it was not the same. First, I would like to say I am a Priority banker with Regions. I’ve been with Regions for almost 20 years. I recently came into Regions today and the banker that assisted with my account was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had concerning my business account.
