I totally agree with another person’s opinion about not working in customer service if you can’t help the customer. Just talked to a Danell at this branch and he had to place me on hold 3 times to find out the answer to my question. Then he proceeded to argue with me about my question. What ever happened to just having people at the Branch being KNOWLEDGEABLE????? V

Banked with Regions for 30 years, both professionally and personally. This review is for Belleview Regions specifically. Have had millions go through this bank and NEVER had a problem until the newest manager took over. Does not know how to do her job or just doesn't care! They made a mistake that held $86000 in limbo with time sensitive transactions needed. Luckily we don't keep all of our funds in one bank or we would have had to postpone two closings! Will not return phone calls, just plain unqualified and unprofessional.
My 70 year old mother was just horribly abused by a hateful misogynistic manager in this location. I stopped banking here years ago and have been begged her to leave the horror that is this bank for years. Fire everyone. These people aren’t qualified to shovel trash. Evil, abusive, misogynistic, down right disgusting.
