Doesn't say closed online for New Years Eve, but does list they are closed for new years day!!! Update your info online it's 2025! Secondly it's not a federal holiday / bank holiday for New Years Eve so why are we closing at 2PM! Horrible customer service! Not all people walk up to your bank door daily to find your hours out and that was what the person told me " well it's posted on the door"!?!? What kind of answer is that! Amazing service the moment I walked in the door by the staff. Josh immediately provided us with customer service. He was very informal with other services that I didn’t think of. I appreciate Josh with his great service, outstanding personality which was so down to earth.
I totally agree with another person’s opinion about not working in customer service if you can’t help the customer. Just talked to a Danell at this branch and he had to place me on hold 3 times to find out the answer to my question. Then he proceeded to argue with me about my question. What ever happened to just having people at the Branch being KNOWLEDGEABLE????? V
