The hours of operation say they close at 5 PM on Fridays. When I pulled up at 4:45 two employees were already in their vehicles leaving the bank. They closed 15 min early. Please change the business hours if you all close at 4:45 on Fridays. Banking can be crucial after work and rushing depending on making additional transactions other than the basics or needing a new bank card; which this location does print on site. Do better. Thanks.

I saw the other reviews which were not great but there's been a real change. I think the management may have changed. Great service and the manager, jimmy, stopped me and offered to look at providing extra services.
Tracey provided phenomenal customer service. She’s always eager to help everyone. I’ve visited this branch in the past and have never been treated this good. This location needed this.
I want to give recognition to this young lady for going above and beyond. I took my grandfather to the bank to handle his transaction. Tracey was amazing she greeted us with the most respect she was a knowledgeable to answer our questions. She asked was there anything else that she could assist us with.
