I’ve been trying to get some fraudulent activity resolved in my account for weeks now. I have called a couple times and have been told they closed my case without informing me. Obviously, I have them open the case back up because I want my money back. At the end of the next business day, I called to get an update and make sure the case was not closed again. I have been a customer off Regions and the banks that make up Region Bank for 25 years. I had a car financed with them paid it off early never had a late payment with them. They will not give me the title to my car claiming the sent it! But I have not received the title. Regions will give me a power of attorney to release and get a replacement title, but I have to pay the fee. This is a injustice and not the way they should do business.
