Presented a government-issued passport card. Rejected. Apparently not “real ID.” Sent home to retrieve a driver’s license — because the state outranks the federal government in this branch’s cosmology. Returned. Waited 30 minutes. Missed appointments. Staff on phones, another scrolling with great civic dedication. Only a banker can send the wire. They’re all on the phone or checking Facebook. I normally love going into this branch. I even moved away from this branch and made an appointment to come into this specific branch to open a new account. I made an appointment online and got there 5 minutes after my appointment due to a wreck on the interstate out of my control and they passed me up. I waited for over 45 minutes and still had not been waited on.
My experience at this branch was not positive, specifically dealing with the tellers. My issue was escalated to the branch manager who ultimately solved my problem but I will not return to this branch. The employees at the West End location are much more friendly.
