My experience at this branch was not positive, specifically dealing with the tellers. My issue was escalated to the branch manager who ultimately solved my problem but I will not return to this branch. The employees at the West End location are much more friendly.

Stopped by this Regions today to get a large withdrawl that I needed unexpectedly. The lady I was dealing with was a little rude. She complained that they had just locked the vault and that it was going to take her more time and that next time I needed to give them notice.
