I had a fraud event and the staff was very helpful and empathetic. I have been using this branch for over 30 years. I have always had a positive experience.
This location is my favorite. The employees are friendly and outgoing. They speak to you with a chipper hello when you walk in the door. Their enthusiasm is contagious. We come in to the bank not because we have to but because we want to say hi. Good working relationships stay strong. Highly recommend. Still banking with Regions in 2026
As advertised! They hold my money til the other guy grabs it, works like a charm. Lol. Seriously though, this is a good bank with familiar faces and wonderful customer service.
There’s only one guy in this branch that had a clue when we had a major online hacking. They’re fraud prevention and their fraud investigations are abysmal. I was with regions since probably 1990.
