We have done business with this branch for years. We always receive fast friendly service with a smile. We use Reigions with confidence. Highly recommend.
I have been with Regions over 30 years. I have never had a problem with them. I just recently moved to Hermitage Tn. and would like to say that the employees at the Hermitage bank are very nice friendly and efficient every time I have walked in the doors.
Love this bank whenever you have to go inside the bank. It is the best customer service of any bank. BUT. . . They never answer any phone calls ever and they are of no help over the phone at all. They always request you going to the bank in person for anything.
