I won’t come to this branch again. The set up is terrible . They stated you have to sit and wait to be called just to make a deposit. The drive thru worker didn’t jump in to help when there was a long line. I’m a preferred customer and I will never come back to location.
This location is my favorite. The employees are friendly and outgoing. They speak to you with a chipper hello when you walk in the door. Their enthusiasm is contagious. We come in to the bank not because we have to but because we want to say hi. Good working relationships stay strong. Highly recommend.

This bank location NEVER answers any phone calls ever. general customer service is of no help over the phone at all. I have called over 30 times throughout 2025 and have never been able to talk to anyone at this bank over the phone. They just do not answer any phone calls even though they are always well staffed. And general regional bank customer service is of no help. They always tell you that only your bank location can handle your account.
