Great customer service. Tamara is awesome and has such a heart for helping others.
The staff at the Regions where I bank have gone out of their way to help me on a number of occasions. They've helped with wire transfers, setting up Business accounts, Business account transfers, etc. Recently when I'd made a spreadsheet error and inadvertently transferred too much money out of one account leading to a potential large overdraft, the staff worked with me and made it right despite my not being able to get there in person.
