Best bank ever, customer service, speed, etc. Bri Ortiz is excellent. I bother her with various things including a 100 notaries a week, and she is so nice.

What happened to Regions at Isla? I had to wave to get attention at the drive thru after waiting to deposit one check. I have done this deposit for 12 years but today the woman claimed she didn't see me at the drive thru and when she took the check, seemed to wander around trying to figure out what to do. Appallingly awful service. I never did get a receipt, probably would have waited another hour for that!
