Banking with this bank for 25 years! Awesome staff and professional service.
I had to cancel my card due to a fraudulent purchase made online. I called into the office, annd spoke with Orlando. I asked if they could print a new card for me which they assured me they could. I show up and within 5 minutes Orlando had a new card printed and activated for me. Not only that, since the fraudulent charge was still pending I couldn’t put in a claim until it cleared. When I started banking in Florida, it was my son who told me about Region & the services they have, it was as he had told me. I joined Regions on Ecot center on Ulmerton Rd. & since then I visited at least 6 other regions branched & had the same kind of services.
