This is a GREAT branch. First with I believe Gerard a couple years ago when we opened accounts, and more recently with Daniel, Kade, and Jorge, this is a professional and friendly/courteous bank. They've helped with trust accounts, safety deposit boxes, certificates of deposits, and other items. They try hard to fit in walk-ins in timely manner; but with the appointment system so easy I prefer to set those up.
I will never bank here. The way they treated me was unequal and unethical. I went to two locations but this location treated me worse than the first one. There was no consideration of my time and no one truly cared to help. I’m a member , but will be closing my account.
Offer free authorizations to clients, but they don’t follow the Florida Notary laws
Kade was so kind. More than I expected!
Michael was very helpful with closing one of my accounts. Not only are they friendly, they are very supportive of helping people reaching their financial goals
