Your ATM just took my money but did t deposit it!!! Extremely frustrated that I have to wait almost 5 days to get it credited!!! �������
One of the worst banks for customer service that I have experienced, was lead to believe I would get an offered promotion if I signed up and spend $1500 well, I did just that and never got the promo, the local branch assured me I would get it but the main office overrode the branch and refused the offer and I am stuck with the $1500 visa bill. This was like a bait and switch promo. Since this happened I closed my accounts and will never do business with regions again. This bank doesn't even rate one star..
