I've been in the drive thru since 9am. It's now 9:26 and I have not even been acknowledged. There's 1 person running the drive thru and the lobby. Get more employees. You're a bank. Do better.
I love my bank. I go to the branch that's on 4th Street North. Everyone that works there is AWESOME. They are EXTREMELY helpful. And very sweet as well. Especially, when my credit card. Ends up being compromised. No fault of Regions. Chad is WONDERFUL. And he ALWAYS gets the job done. I love all the tellers as well. They are an AWESOME group of people. Thanks, so much Regions U definitely deserve to have more good reviews. Especially, how I feel about U. U TOTALLY RULE.. Thank U so much..
