Please let Antoinette De Napoli find another line of work because she has a bad attitude and her helpfulness I feel like is nonexistent. She was personally rude to me when I asked to use the restroom then turned to her co worker and said “no you may not” thinking I did not hear her or she just did not care. I have been a customer of regions for over 5 years and they treat you like gold when you're a new customer trying to get you to open an account with them. But once you have an account they hold your checks longer than they should they won't give you cash when you try and cash a check in the worst part of it all is they'll catch an attitude with you when you're trying to deposit a check in person.. I'm guessing they're mad that I didn't use the system (ATM)... You can literally cash a $20,000 check and they will not give you ... read more
