Antoinette was very rude and discriminatory towards me when I asked for new debit cards due to my wallet be stolen. She refused to help me and was extremely condescending. There was another teller who offered help she was nice enough to give me assistance. I ended up going to the Pasadena Location and they were extremely helpful they printed my cards in no time at all with no problem 😌
I've never heard so many excuses from the same bank, over and over. They stole all my funds on Monday and haven't returned it because of incompetent and ignorant customer service. Plus Diane's manager said she is new so the fact I had to take the afternoon off, pay Uner and have to go back tomorrow is acceptable. Really? Btw, I didn't get his name? Please let Antoinette De Napoli find another line of work because she has a bad attitude and her helpfulness I feel like is nonexistent. She was personally rude to me when I asked to use the restroom then turned to her co worker and said “no you may not” thinking I did not hear her or she just did not care. Completely unprofessional behavior from a bank teller.(when she was a new teller here years ago )and she has just always had a bad attitude. I have been a customer of regions for over 5 years and they treat you like gold when you're a new customer trying to get you to open an account with them. But once you have an account they hold your checks longer than they should they won't give you cash when you try and cash a check in the worst part of it all is they'll catch an attitude with you when you're trying to deposit a check in person.. I'm guessing they're mad that I didn't use the system (ATM)... You can literally cash a $20,000 check and they will not give you ... read more
