It's July 4th and it's pouring rain. The bank is closed and parked in their handicap spot to pop into Central Diner (yes, I have handicap plates). Less than 5 min later, my car has been towed. $500!! So happy I'm moving out of DTSP. This is ridiculous
This St. Petersburg, Florida downtown Regions Bank 🏦 Teller lady and Banker guy, the Banker guy who assisted me before I could even sit down! He met me at the Teller desk, and asked how can he help me! I wish I remembered his name! He’s the guy that his Anniversary is the same as his birthday 🎁 or something to that nature! Today I checked my bank account and I had a weird charge from another country on there without having traveled. I came in and David helped me five minutes before you guys closed for the weekend to report my fraudulent claim and get a new card so I could buy groceries and not have to wait 7 to 10 business days for the card to arrive in the mail. Incompetent and very unhelpful staff at this location. If you need help, it’s worth it to just go to the South Pasadena branch, they actually know what they’re doing there. Very unhelpful experience at this Regions branch. I came in to resolve an online banking issue. While I was explaining the problem, the teller interrupted me to say she couldn’t help and did not have the authorization to do so.
