Incompetent and very unhelpful staff at this location. If you need help, it’s worth it to just go to the South Pasadena branch, they actually know what they’re doing there. Very unhelpful experience at this Regions branch. I came in to resolve an online banking issue. While I was explaining the problem, the teller interrupted me to say she couldn’t help and did not have the authorization to do so. Regions Bank has some of the warmest, most kind, intelligent and helpful of employees. Have LOVED banking here for over 30 years.
Antoinette was very rude and discriminatory towards me when I asked for new debit cards due to my wallet be stolen. She refused to help me and was extremely condescending. There was another teller who offered help she was nice enough to give me assistance. I ended up going to the Pasadena Location and they were extremely helpful they printed my cards in no time at all with no problem 😌
